Guess what we are doing? ;)

Yeah, that's just the books. (minus the two tubs of fabric on the table)

And apparently not even all of them.

Will post photos of the library when all is unpacked in the new house ;)

  1. Yay! So happy for you guys! Please do share pics of your new setup when you get a chance. Not like you have anything else to do, I'm sure...lol. :)

  2. Oh my - I know the feeling of moving, and how it seems to be never-ending, and you wonder how something so well-organized and seemingly non-evasive could suddenly take up so much room and so many boxes! I hope you have a smooth move and look forward to seeing your new set-up, as well :)

  3. Such great news for you guys. Sometime I want to hear about why it's so hard to get a rental in your area. I am perplexed and annoyed that good people like you had to wait so long. Congrats and enjoy that big new yard!

  5. Ladies - it has been TWO MONTHS since you sent these wonderful well-wishes! And I am fianlly responding to say THANK YOU! I was then, and am even more now, VERY excited and SO happy to be in our house. I have been slowly leaking photos out here and there, as areas are coming together to feel like "home".

I finally felt the reality (2nd week here) when I said, "Oops! It's 11pm and I didn't vacuum. Guess it will have to wait until tomorrow. Sigh." (thinking: I hate putting stuff off, I just want to do it when it needs to be done!

    PAUSE

Light Bulbs - neon flashing lights.

    I WON'T DISTURB THE NEIGHBORS!

I proceeded to vacuum the main floor carpets, then moved to the basement where I shop-vaced a backroom that no-one has used in at least 15 years. After midnight. Because I could.

    HOME! ;)
